
Dr. Daniel D. So, MD
Dr. So received a BA in biochemistry from University of Pennsylvania, and an MD from University of Virginia. He finished his residency in internal medicine from Georgetown
University Medical Center and fellowship in Endocrinology & Metabolism from Georgetown University/National Institutes of Health.
Dr. So was a former medical director of Joslin Diabetes Center in Pittsburgh and chief of endocrine section at Forbes Regional Hospital in PA. He has been a guest speaker for
many grand rounds and professional societies including ADA, and was a recipient of the Golden Apple Award for excellence in teaching for housestaff.
He is currently the director of endocrine section at Good Shepherd Hospital and partner of Suburban Endocrinology & Diabetes in IL. He has great interest in diabetes,
thyroid, & pituitary disorders. Language proficiency in Spanish and Korean.
